WHAT IS
SPRING WATER?

Our water is always 100% natural spring water, meaning that it originates from an underground aquifer and is collected as it flows naturally to the earth’s surface. Unlike some other brands that are simply selling purified tap water, our spring water is meant to be enjoyed as Nature intended - pure and natural, and only ever directly from our protected spring sources.

WHY DO WE SOURCE
SPRING WATER?

All of our spring water plants are built right at the spring sources. We search for the highest quality and most protected spring sources, then determine whether we can build a plant onsite — and this commitment to sourcing only the highest quality spring water is why after over three decades, only 7 sources have been worthy enough to be called Crystal Geyser® Alpine Spring Water®.

OUR CONSTANT CONTROLS
FROM SPRING TO BOTTLE

Our spring water is held to higher requirements and standards than typical brands in order to guarantee an optimum quality level. Not only are our sources protected, they are also monitored daily at all levels of production.

Controls and tests are completed daily for all production chain levels, including:

  • Physicochemical control, which analyzes water composition,  Bacteriological control, which checks for the presence of microorganisms or contaminants

  • Organoleptic control, which ensures consistency of taste and checks for any additional inconsistencies with our spring water

  • Raw material control, which makes sure that all bottle compositional elements (including caps) that come into contact with our water meet our rigorous standards

  • Product presentation control, which ensures that from filling to general product presentation, our product is presented and displayed consistently to our consumers

50% rPET Bottles

By using recycled polyethylene terephthalate (rPET) plastic, we're currently able to turn post-consumer plastic into more than 1.7 billion Crystal Geyser bottles a year, significantly reducing waste.

Protected Sources

All our protected spring water sources are geographically remote, helping protect them from contamination due to man-made influences like industrial and residential activities.

At Crystal Geyser® Alpine Spring Water®, we’re committed to reducing our carbon footprint and give back to the planet and supporting the communities we call home, but real commitment means more than just talk. That's why we went a step further by striving to achieve a zero-waste process at all our facilities , and partnering with environmental groups like the California Coastal Commission and American Forests in order to protect the lands and communities we call home.

In 2021 we celebrated a 20 year partnership with American Forests and our 1 millionth tree planted, as well as a renewed promise to plant a million more. We know what real commitments to a brighter future and better planet look like — after all, we’ve made more than a million of them.
